	COURTYARD When students cross the bridge from town to the school they are greeted by a beautiful courtyard bordered by decorative hedges. Lush green grass covers the ground around stone walkways that lead toward the school’s entrance. At the heart of the courtyard is a large, ornate fountain with two proud-looking lions spitting water into the basin. 	GREENHOUSE There is one large greenhouse around the back of the school where students can tend to the plants and practice their horticulture – which is especially valuable to those who will be learning potion crafting or healing salves. Here, magical plants of every sort thrive in their individual ideal growing conditions and can later be harvested for the potion’s stock room or given to the infirmary to be used as medicines.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	MENAGERIE Sometimes referred to as the barn, the menagerie is a large building to house various magical creatures that aren’t living in the bordering forest. There are also some non-magical creatures (such as chickens who supply eggs for the kitchens, cows for milking, and other barnyard creatures) but mainly the barn focuses its interests on the irregular yet docile creatures to be encountered. 	FIELD A few yards away from the greenhouse is a grassy field not quite as large as a football field, at one edge of the field is part of the Enchanted Woods with a rickety looking shack, on the other end the school and other buildings. This field is used for combat training classes for knights, hunters, and princely sorts that will need to know their way around weapons (stored in the shack).	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

SCHOOL GROUNDS

Ever After High School is a fairly quaint expanse of magic and wonder. The grounds are well maintained with clean-cut lawns, neatly trimmed shrubbery, cobblestone and paved walkways, and the semi-Victorian combined with semi-Medieval architecture of the school building as a backdrop. The grounds are fairly squished together but still fairly spacious, the largest portion being the school’s courtyard which gladly welcomes students to the school.
